Shipping information
All orders are processed within one business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive an order confirmation. A shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code will be sent to you via email once your package is shipped. All packages are shipped using PostNL.
The Netherlands
If you place an order before 3:00 PM on a working day, it will be shipped on the same day. In 95% of cases, the package is delivered within two days. Delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days around public holidays. Orders over €20.00 qualify for free delivery within the Netherlands, while orders under €20.00 incur a delivery cost of €2.95. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Belgium
For orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day, the package will be shipped on the same day. In 95% of cases, the package is delivered within two days. Delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days around public holidays. Standard delivery costs of €2.95 apply, and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Check shipping status
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a PostNL Track & Trace code to monitor your (mailbox) package. If you haven't received the package within three working days, kindly email us at info@insectheroes.nl with your name and address for further assistance.
Returns
Our non-living products may be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The full purchase amount will then be reimbursed.Return policy exceptions
- Live products, such as Felti, Carna, Carpo, Crypto, Irski, Nicus, Persi, Phora, and combination deals containing these creatures, are not eligible for returns due to their limited shelf life.
- Products without original packaging or with visible signs of use will not be accepted for return.
