Protect Leafs Deal - prevent pests

Do you want to protect your plants against the most common pests? Then this package is the effective and nature-friendly way to keep pests away.

The Heroes Nicus, Irksi, Felti and the Sticky Leafs work together to defend your plants from fungus flies, thrips, spider mites and whiteflies. The Heroes remain in the plants for a period of 2 months to monitor your plants.

This package is ideal if you have purchased new plants that may carry an infection. Place the Heroes in the new plants and prevent infection of the rest of the plants.

1. Dosage
The treatment is enough for 10 houseplants or a 10 m² (vegetable) garden.

Overdose is not possible: the more Heroes you use, the better a plague can be combated.

2. When to bet
Use preventatively or if you observe some pest insects. The predatory mites work best between 15 and 30 °C. The predatory mites are sensitive to very dry environments (humidity < 70%). Nicus predatory mites cannot be used on tomato plants. This is because the plant is too hairy for the predatory mites.

3. Shelf life
It is advisable to use the products as soon as possible. Do you want to keep them longer? Store Irski and Nicus cool at a temperature between 10-15 °C in a dark place, so they can be kept for 1-2 days after receipt.
The Felti nematodes can be stored for one week in the refrigerator between 4ºC and 8ºC. Do not store dissolved nematodes in water.

4. Location
Hang Irski and Nicus in a sheltered spot in the plants to avoid direct sunlight. The bags contain an exit hole and do not need to be cut open.

Felti can be dissolved in water and simply applied to the potting soil of houseplants with a watering can.

Irski, Nicus and Felti can be placed indoors, in a hobby greenhouse, on a balcony or outside.

5. Repeat treatment
A restocking every two months is recommended to prevent pests.

1) Nicus, Irski and Felti

Irski, Nicus and Felti are 100% natural and organic products. The products are registered and can be used safely in the Netherlands. The predatory mites do not survive the winter climate and will therefore not be able to establish themselves as an invasive species. Felti is a native species that is common in the Netherlands. The Heroes are not harmful to people, pets, bees or birds.

People who are allergic to crustaceans, shellfish and/or dust mites may have an allergic reaction when using Irski and Nicus. Use of gloves is recommended.
