Vespa - against wasps

Vespa is a reusable wasp trap for the terrace, garden or balcony. The Vespa trap is supplied without attractant. The Vespa trap has been specially developed to attract large numbers of wasps and the unique openings trap the wasps in the trap. 1. Dosage
One trap protects a radius of 10 meters.

2. When to bet

3. Shelf life
The trap can be used for several years due to the weatherproof design.

4. Location
The Vespa trap can only be used outdoors. Place the trap several meters away from the seating area. This ensures that the wasps are lured away and not attracted to the place where you are sitting outside.

5. Repeat treatment
Empty the trap once the contents are saturated with wasps.

6. Use

a. Pour 250 ml of pure syrup into the yellow bottom of the trap or place rotting fruit in the trap.
b. Twist the transparent ring with openings onto the transparent top of the Vespa trap.
c. Place the clear top part on the yellow bottom of the trap. Make sure the parts fit together properly.
d. Thread the string through the trap.
e. Hang or place the trap in full sunlight at a height of 100-150 cm. Do not place on the table, as this will attract the wasps to you. Therefore, place the trap a few meters away from the terrace or as far away as possible on the balcony.
f. A trap remains active for 2-3 weeks, depending on the attractant chosen. During this period, check for evaporation or drying and top up as necessary. After use: empty the trap into the residual waste or, in the case of fruit, into the organic waste. Rinse the trap well with water.

Depending on light and temperature, it will take 12-24 hours before wasps are attracted to the lure in the Vespa trap. Make sure all wasps are dead before emptying the trap.
