Androlis - against blood mites

The best way to combat red mites is to see which animals in nature hunt red mites. Androlis predatory mites are natural enemies of the red mite, also known as the red bird mite.

Androlis predatory mites are small creatures of 0.5 mm in size that actively look for blood mites to eat them. Since Androlis is very similar to the red mite, Androlis can reach exactly where the red mite is located. Androlis actively searches for the red mites up to 6 meters and removes them quickly.

1. Dosage
Preventive
10,000 Androlis predatory mites are enough to treat 15 chickens or birds. Repeat every 12 weeks.

In case of a serious infection
10,000 Androlis predatory mites are enough to treat 15 chickens or birds. Repeat every 4 weeks.

2. When to bet
Use preventively or as soon as you notice red mites (for example with the red mites trap). Androlis can be used at temperatures from 13°C.

Do not apply predatory mites simultaneously with insecticides, whitewash, oil baths, diatomaceous earth or other agents that dry out or damage Androlis.

3. Shelf life
Use the product immediately upon receipt for best results. If you want to store the product after receipt, you can do so for 1 to 2 days in a dark and ventilated place at 12-15 °C.

4. Location
Place in chicken coop or aviary.
Red mites emerge from their hiding places at night and search for sleeping chickens and birds. It is therefore very important to place Androlis in the walking route of blood mites, close to the sleeping animals.

5. Repeat treatment
For preventive use: repeat after 12 weeks with the same dose of predatory mites. In case of a mild or severe infestation of red lice: repeat the application every 4 weeks until you no longer find red lice.

Effect of predatory mites can be expected from a few days to a few weeks, depending
the severity of the red mite infestation and the number of introduced predatory mites. If after 2 weeks

Androlis is a native species and occurs naturally in the Netherlands. Androlis is a 100% natural product. The predatory mites are not harmful to people, pets, bees or birds. After clearing the plague, Androlis will disappear on its own, due to lack of food.
