Taurrus predatory mites ( Cheyletus eruditus ) are the natural enemy of various species of ectoparasites in reptiles such as the snake mite Ophionysus natricis , the blood mite Hirstiella trombidiformes , but also of small parasites in scorpions and spiders such as Pimeliaphilus joshuae .

The product Taurrus contains predatory mites of the species Cheyletus eruditus. Taurrus is a natural enemy of common parasites on reptiles, such as the snake mite Ophionysus natricis, the blood mite Hirstiella trombidiformes, but also of small parasites in scorpions and spiders such as Pimeliaphilus joshuae. If Taurrus encounters a parasite it will attack and kill it. The predatory mites can thrive in any type of terrarium.

1. Dosage
25,000 Taurrus predatory mites are enough to treat 1 to 3 reptiles.

2. When to bet
Use preventively or as soon as you notice ectoparasites. Taurrus can be used at temperatures between 13 and 45°C.

Do not apply predatory mites simultaneously with insecticides, diatomaceous earth or other products that dry out or damage Taurrus.

3. Shelf life
Use the product immediately upon receipt for best results. If you want to store the product after receipt, you can do so for 1 to 2 days in a dark and ventilated place at 12-15 °C. Store the Taurrus M bottle horizontally.

4. Location
Spread evenly over the bottom of the terrarium. Suitable for any type of terrarium.

5. Repeat treatment
To prevent a new infestation, it is recommended to introduce new predatory mites every 12 weeks. Also continue to clean the terrarium regularly.

Taurrus predatory mites will eat approximately 95% of the parasites in the first 10 days. The
Predatory mites remain active for 3 weeks. The predatory mites will eventually die like all parasites
cleaned up, as they will then run out of food. If you still have no decrease after 2 weeks
of the number of parasites, we recommend increasing the dosage and ordering again.

Taurrus is a native species and occurs naturally in the Netherlands. Taurrus is a 100% natural and organic product. The predatory mites are not harmful to people, pets, bees or birds. After clearing the plague, Taurrus will disappear on its own, due to lack of food.

People who are allergic to crustaceans, shellfish and/or dust mites may have an allergic reaction when using Taurrus. Use of gloves is recommended
